The App offers both basic and premium features:

• Basic Features: All users can access basic translation functions
• Premium Features: Paid subscribers can enjoy advanced features, including but not limited to image OCR translation, simultaneous interpretation, voice translation, etc.
• Subscription is an auto-renewing service unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• Subscription prices and terms may change, and we will notify you of any changes

3. User Data and Privacy

We value your privacy and handle user data according to the following principles:

• Translation Content: We process text, voice, or images you provide to deliver translation services
• History Records: Your translation history is stored locally on your device and you can delete it at any time
• Third-Party Services: We use Google Baidu Translation API, GPT DeepSeek API, and Google MLKit to provide translation functions, and your data may be transmitted to these service providers
• We will not sell or share your personal data with any third parties without your consent

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Without explicit written permission, you may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
